  Sam and the Team are legends.

I had raised multiple incidents with Telstra and had been redirected multiple times to NBN.

Both Telstra and NBN fobbed me off multiple times. Hours spent on calls, escalations and in-app message chats with no resolution.

10minutes of Sam's time and everything was fixed on prem, phenomenal service, above and beyond and fixed other issues I didnt even know I had.

  Sam solved all my problems and for my neighbour. I had three electricians try and connect my property to FTTP with no success.  Sam solved the issue in 90 minutes and for a reasonable fixed price.
