Sam and the Team are legends. I had raised multiple incidents with Telstra and had been redirected multiple times to NBN. Both Telstra and NBN fobbed me off multiple times. Hours spent on calls, escalations and in-app message chats with no resolution. 10minutes of Sam's time and everything was fixed on prem, phenomenal service, above and beyond and fixed other issues I didnt even know I had. Sam solved all my problems and for my neighbour. I had three electricians try and connect my property to FTTP with no success.  Sam solved the issue in 90 minutes and for a reasonable fixed price. Sam is the biggest life saviour!!! We run a small business that just moved into a new building and after dealing with endless back-and-forth headaches with our NBN provider and getting zero help, Sam came to the rescue. The job ended up being much trickier than expected, and he spent significantly longer than anticipated troubleshooting and fixing the issue which was to do with cabling and MDF connections. Despite the extra time and complexity, he stuck with it until everything was completely sorted and still honored his original, extremely fair flat rate. His pricing is remarkably reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and his dedication to getting us connected to the internet was top-tier. I highly recommend Sam for anyone needing their NBN set up. We live in a townhouse where the NBN box was installed in the MDF room, and the existing cabling was outdated. I had an electrician come out twice, but the issue still wasn't resolved. Sam diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, personable, and reassuring throughout the process, taking the time to explain everything and making sure the data cabling issue was fully resolved. Sam - thank you so so much. We had so many issues with our NBN/Vodafone, getting mucked around no-one knew or couldn't be bothered with doing their job properly. Our electrician contacted Sam who came out and spend literally hours sorting it out. Turned our apartment upside down trying to find the right plug - got there in the end. Sam from Connectcom Sydney was absolutely fantastic! I called them regarding an NBN MDF jumpering issue for our new office in Chatswood, and Sam arrived very promptly. He is incredibly professional and friendly. Not only did he fix the wiring quickly, but he also went the extra mile to help debug the lines and test our internet speed to ensure everything was running perfectly. Genuinely the best technician I’ve ever come across. Quick, efficient, knows exactly what he is doing and explains the entire process along the way. I highly recommend Connectcom. My 2 storey home was forever having internet connection issues, including slower than expected speeds & drop outs in some rooms. Sam diagnosed the problems (even though our ISP couldn't) & installed everything needed to fix the problem, including relocation of the OEM router. If you are having WiFi/network problems at home give Connectcom a call. Sam gave my home network a thorough once-over today, reconnected an old phone output in the lounge room and now it’s working like a well oiled machine.
